Head of State briefed on Kaspi.kz company operations

President Tokayev was briefed on the outcomes of the company’s operations as well as the plans to create new services to promote small and medium-sized businesses.

According to the information presented to the Head of State, presently, around 700,000 domestic entrepreneurs are building their businesses with the use of technologies Kaspi.kz offers. In just six months of 2024, non-cash payments for goods and services worth 12 trillion tenge were carried out as well as 150,000 individual entrepreneurs were registered via the Kaspi.kz mobile app.

In six months of this year, over 1.1 trillion tenge worth of taxes and other payments to the budget were paid through the online services the company created jointly with the government bodies.

During the meeting, President Tokayev highlighted the importance of further promotion of SMEs in the country, voicing his support for the Kaspi.kz shareholders.
